We're On The Move!!

What a rare and affirming treat to be involved in the Greater Green Gables neighborhood clean up. N.A.I.L.E.M. in cooperation with the Phoenix Police, the State Gang Police Task Force, the Guardian Angels and the Green Gables Neighborhood Association and last but not least many residents (the most in recent memory) gladly helped with what we call "The Crime March". Crime March is one of the first steps on the road to recovery for this neighborhood and we wont quit till the drug addicts/dealers, gang-bangers and hookers are gone and that's not to mention cleaning up the blight and obvious city violations.

Great News!!

Hello to all,

Well it's a new year and a new outlook. Donna had her cardiac stress test 2 weeks ago., and the final results are excellent. There is no blockage and no need for any procedures at this time. Some medications have been stopped which will help ease the nausea associated with many drugs.

We go back in May for a checkup. She is a walking miracle! We want to thank everyone for the thoughts, prayers, cards and donations. God and the doctors and nurses and I know those are the things that pulled her through. We thank God every day for giving her another chance at life.

NAILEM will still be an active force in the years to come. We have redeveloped and updated our website, www.nailem.org Please take alook at it. We also have a blogger page.

Again, thanks to all our friends and we hope 2008 will be a great year for everyone!

We will be sending out information that we hope you find useful.

Our first Post

Hello to all of our friends and supporters. It's great to be up and running again. Many of you already know that Donna hit a rough spot last year and we promise to explain but for now we want you to know that we are here and we will be here fighting, changing, laughing and working hard to keep our Phoenix safe and livable.
Till next time ...
